Margarita V. Borodatova was born in 1960.

Graduated from the Electromechanic faculty of the Leningrad Polytechnical institute.

1985-1993 – engineer in Electric Engineering Research Institute.

Doctor of Science (Engineering).

Since 1993 – DOHOD Investment Company, Chief Financial Officer.

Since 2000 – Chairman of the Department of financial engineering in the International Banking Institute.

License of Federal Financial Markets Service for asset management of investment trusts, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds No. 21-000-1-00148 of December 19, 2003
